The Hubbard Heights Association (HHA) of Stamford, Connecticut serves as the heart of our community, fostering a spirit of fellowship through curated social events for neighbors of all ages. As a neighborhood distinguished by its placement on the National Register of Historic Places, Hubbard Heights is more than just a place to live – it is a piece of living history.
The HHA plays a vital role in safeguarding this legacy. By proactively addressing concerns that impact property values and resident well-being, we ensure our neighborhood remains a premier residential enclave. This enduring quality is the result of decades of dedication by our members, whose commitment to beauty and preservation continues to enhance the uniqueness of Hubbard Heights.
The Hubbard Heights Association is a registered, tax-exempt, nonprofit Connecticut corporation. The association consists of approximately 310 single-family households. Lots in Hubbard Heights are zoned R-7.5, R-10 and R-20, single-family dwelling units on lots of minimum 7,500, 10,000 and 20,000 square feet, respectively. A priority of the association is to ensure that zoning regulations are enforced by the city.
The Association is run by a Board of Directors that includes a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and approximately 10 Trustees – all of whom are volunteers and neighbors.
